October the 7th was Terrible but lets talk about October the 6th

Everyone talks about the 7th of October like it was some unprovoked isolated incident, and no i am not saying that either side is innocent, but lets just look at the day before, lets look at some of the things that happened on the 6th of October and the days leading up to it.

October the 7th Attacks
  • On the 6th of October a chairty called the Children of Internationals Palestine announced it had been the deadliest year so far for children in the west bank with 42 children killed in the west bank that year (up-to that point).
  • On the same day settlers in the town of settlers rioted in the town of Hawara, shooting a 19 year old Palestinion boy in the chest, killing him instantly. And while his funeral was going on an Isreali minister when to Hawara and said “We need to close down the Palestinian shops in the town to build a highway around Hawara for settlers.
  • That same say the Washington Post reported that Isreal was cutting off the supply of donkeys to Gaza, those donkeys were and still are important in Gaza as with fuel in short supply donkeys are used to move goods and supplies around Gaza and the west bank.

Now don’t get me wrong October the 7th was an atrocity but it was not without provocation and the response from Isreal has been the total destruction of Gaza and genocide on a scale we have never seen before.

What Benjamin Netanyahu and the IDF have done in Gaza is nothing short of mass murder and it has to be stopped, we must stop arming Israel and making excuses for this was, and we have to look at Gaza and its plight and get in there and help whats left of its people.

The Gaza Health Ministry currently has the death toll at around 42,500 with close on 100,000 injured, this is not a justified response to October the 7th by anybody’s measure, enough is enough.
